Dispute between her and a beauty company ends...
TMZ reports that a lawsuit filed against Kate Hudson by 220 Labs has been dismissed after both sides reached a settlement. 220 had sued Hudson back in 2008, claiming that she used free samples of their volcanic ash-based products that they sent her & created her own line of very similar products.
Terms of the settlement have not been revealed & Hudson's representatives are not talking about it. 220's lawyer told TMZ that their clients were very happy with the result.
